One card, two layers
A card holds what you cut and, separately, what you actually say out loud. That means one card serves a six‑minute speech and a four‑minute one without either edit touching the other — and the context stays in the card, which is what makes it honest when an opponent reads it back at you.

Every card and speech is timed against your own words per minute, so you know what a position costs before you get to the podium.
Round mode
Only the speeches of the debate you are in. What is assigned, what it allows, and how much time is left in it.
A flow that plans
Your flow feeds the next speech — coverage shows what went unanswered, and the plan shows whether it fits.
Judge history
Records, reasons for decision, and which cards this judge has already heard you read.
It reads the files you already have
Drop in a Verbatim .docx and it comes back sectioned, with
underlining read as the cut and highlighting as what you say. Export goes
back out as a Word file your coach can open. You are not migrating to a
walled garden — everything you put in comes back out.

Each brings its own speeches, times, cross‑examination and ballot — a Congress session is ranked, not won; a speech event has no opponent to answer and no flow to keep.
Your prep stays yours
There is no account and no backend. Everything lives in your own browser, on your own device — the site itself is just files. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing you write or cut is used to train anything. See the privacy page — it is short, because there is nothing to describe.
The flip side: clearing your browser’s site data deletes your prep, and it does not follow you between devices. The app keeps rolling backups and nags you to export. Accounts and sync are the next thing being built.
This is a beta
